Overview
The Builder Profile 10 (BP10) is Gallup's newest talents-based assessment. It identifies the builder talents of respondents and highlights how these might align with one particular builder role.

Question Format
The assessment opens with several background questions which branch depending on responses. (Note - when we conducted the test there were 29). The test itself is divided into three sections, in each the respondent is given limited time to answer each question. Section 1 - 34 paired descriptors across a 5-point scale, the responded must select which definitely describes them in most circumstances. Section 3 - 77 paired responses on a 5-point scale (strongly agree - agree - neutral - agree - strongly agree), the responded must select the statement that describes them best, and the extent to which it does so. Section 3 - 9 statements which the respondent must rate their level of agreement with on a 5-point scale (strongly agree - agree - neutral - agree - strongly agree).

Results
A 4-page report provides an overview of the repondent's builder talents in rank order, with generic descriptors and action items. The report also identifies the builder talent role of the respondent (from a choice of three) and provides a generic description to guide development.
