EEUK Policy Review | 28 October 2026 The Chancellor's Budget, a new Treasury entrepreneurship prospectus and three significant research reports have made this an unusually busy week for enterprise and entrepreneurship policy. Together they reveal growing entrepreneurial ambition, changing graduate career pathways and a renewed government focus on business creation and growth. They also raise important questions about whether the support available is sufficiently focused on developing the people behind the businesses.
