Overview
The tool is part of an open research concept from the UC Berkeley faculty. Through an online self-assessment, it claims to indicate an individual's innovative mindset level, and their power to innovate.

Question Format
The tool has 6 sections with a range of questions: Likert scales 1 (Strongly Disagree) - 5 (Strongly Agree); Multiple choice (A-E) and Multiple choice (A-D). The end of the questionnaire focuses on demographic data collection including education level, gender and career stage.
